REFUND Policy
RETURNS
In the case of a malfunction or failure that occurs, the customer has 30 days after receiving the item(s) to send unused and same condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once PAX Leather Goods has received the item(s) back, they will be invested for signs of use. The shipping cost is nonrefundable.
To complete the process of return, PAX Leather Goods requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once the return is received, the customer receives a notification e-mail that Pax Leather Goods has received the returned product(s) and the inspection process has started. The customer also is notified of the approval or rejection of the refund within 7 days. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund has not yet been received first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@paxlg.com
Sale Items & Custom Products
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Products: Custom products and/or products that have been customized with initials cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

The payment of the return shipping cost is incumbent on the buyer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on the buyer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach may vary.
If the shipping cost of an item over $100, PAX Leather Goods recommends using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance.
PAX Leather Goods does not guarantee to receive a returned item and cannot offer a refund for products that are not received.
