REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing PAX Leather Goods. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Law (Loi Hamon), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any non-personalized item for a refund or exchange. Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Custom & Personalized Products (Non-Refundable)

Please Note: In line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Items customized with initials, names, or bespoke modifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before ordering.

Sales & Final Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during a Sale or with a promotional discount cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Defects & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. As our products carry a 10-year warranty on stitching, please contact us at info@paxlg.com if you encounter any structural issues.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have questions, contact us at info@paxlg.com.

To return your product, please mail it to:

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over €100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
