At PAX, we take pride in the handcrafted nature of our goods.
Unique Character: Because we use natural leather (such as Crazy Horse and Vegetable Tanned leather), each item may have slight variations in color, texture, and natural markings. These are not defects but a testament to the authenticity of the material.
Display: We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service at any time.
Lead Times: Since items are handmade, lead times (typically 2-3 weeks) are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the craft.
SECTION 4 – BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the e-mail provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
As per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, items that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., name engravings) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. By purchasing a personalized item, you acknowledge that it is non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

All content on this site, including the “Paper Boat” logo, designs, and brand story, is the intellectual property of PAX Leather Goods. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our designs or service without express written permission.
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy and is strictly compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use your data only for order fulfillment and communication.
PAX Leather Goods shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as per our 10-Year Stitching Warranty.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
